ANDROID: general troubleshooting steps

If you are getting an error message or something got stuck, please try these steps that might help to fix it quickly: 

- restart the app
- clear cache
- restart device
- reinstall the app (make sure that you are logged in using your email address before proceeding)

Also, make sure you are logged in on Google play app/store with the correct email address.
